Solo Server New Reset - April 7, 2009

Solo Server will restart at Tue April 7 00:00:00 2009.
Armageddon is scheduled for Sat Jun 13 17:00:00 2009.

All guild server changes have been copied over.

Contract of the Soul is still nerfed the same as last reset.
