Arch Server New Reset - February 21, 2007

Arch Server will restart at Thu Feb 21 16:00:00 2007.
Armageddon is scheduled for Sat May 24 2008 17:00.

Here is the complete change list.

Turn rate changed to 12 minutes / max 180
Vampire: +100% primary attack, +1 primary initiative
Barracks give 150 food and space for units.
Augment Summoning reduces unit mana upkeep, up to -10% at level 20.
Pegasus: +100% mana upkeep, -50% geld upkeep.
Nerfed low-level Legendary Artificer, benefits are now proportional to the skill cost
Apprentice mages cannot use guild recruit tools *after the first week.
Concentration: increased research bonus for green and red
Single color research option
On-color Kiss of the Vampire gives all units 10% steal life (does not stack with BS).
Double Mana Vortex
You can use multiple items at once.
Temporal Stasis Field has a chance to take turns when cast offcolor
Reduce population killing effect of Call Lightning by 40%. Add effect to CL that destroys 3,000 - 6,000 mana per turn (full red spell level).
Astral Magician changed, see here for the changes.
Unicorn -25% geld upkeep, +33% mana upkeep
Barrier upkeep increased 20% to 60 m.p.
Efreeti: +16% mana upkeep
Doubled size needed for "fake" stacks to be targeted
"Fake" stack targeting ignores ranged and flying modifiers
Legendary Commander: Nerfed by 33%.
Arena is limited to 24 refreshes per mage per day. Refreshing more often will display old data instead of locking you out.
Spending turns increases your rank list refresh limit.
Summon rates have been increased/decreased to give approximately equal power-ups for all colors.
Demon Knights gaining 60% eradication resist, and losing all Ascendant resist

Supporting Guild Improvements

* Notepad
* Sharing of Battle Reports with your guildmates (You have to explicit set in your options to allow your battle reports to be shared)
* Showing Power Loss on the Battle Reports
* Spell Tracker (With the same delay as the dispel page. This will also take up arena count)
* Hiding of Non-attackable/pillage-able mages or hiding by mage color on the ranking page
* Showing of Online Status for mage in the arena result (equivalent to the chronicles entry)
* Showing of whether you can attacked the mage before in the arena result (equivalent to the chronicles entry)
For example, if you attacked the mage in the last 48 hours, the 48h and 72h will be bold.
* A building helper
* Spell Tracker is shareable with allied guilds (You have to explicitly set it in Guild Management to allow your members to share their spells on the tracker with allied guilds)
* Add mages to enemy list from their arena information
