x-mas portal cleaning

Just in time for x-mas we will perform a clean up of the portal database. this means that inactive portal/ubb accounts will be pruned.

Anyone reading this message need not to worry of account deletion. Those who will be affected are those accounts that are created before 2007 and have up to date not posted on the ubb.
